Our Philosophy
Georgia K9 Search & Recovery is a nonprofit organization comprised of a dedicated team of volunteer search specialists. Our team includes canine search teams, sonar specialists, and drone and dive team operators with the knowledge, equipment, and experience necessary to assist in locating missing persons.
Working in coordination with law enforcement, emergency management, and other public safety agencies, we serve as an additional resource during search operations with one clear mission: bring loved ones home.

Our dedicated K9 Teams are available to be deployed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. We work with state and local law enforcement throughout Georgia and Surrounding states.

With water and land drone operations and specialized search capabilities, search our team can assist with drownings, lost or missing individuals.
GA K9 SAR uses all of the latest sonar technologies by AQUA EYE & Hummingbird, with multiple vessels available to deploy immediately.
We will try and limit the number of dive operations using our specialized underwater drone and video systems.

Our dive team personnel are ERDI certified, past or present law enforcement, and/or military operations certified.
GAK9SAR offers dive instruction through ERDI.
With boats and equipment available at a moment's notice our team is always available to those in need.
